I'm a wife, mom of two, and substitute teacher who used to exercise so I could eat what I like--dessert. Then I started to really eat right, trained for lofty fitness goals, and reached them. Now I'm back to exercising to feel good (and eat what I want). I also love music, and I'm trying my best to live a peaceful and meaningful life. I still don't know how to pull it all together in a neat little package, so this blog is my therapy session to take note of all the good, weed out the bad, and find the best balance possible.
