This morning, I got up at 5 o'clock and walked 7 miles in an hour and 50 minutes. I was going for somewhere between 1:45 and 2 hours. Goal met. It wasn't too bad. The last two miles were pretty hot, though. I can't start any earlier. I won't. It's dark.
I saw a guy out there running in his bare feet. I know there are benefits--something about strengthening your feet--but it seems like such a bad idea for so many reasons. I hope he wasn't running 7 miles.
